Mental Statistics
Strengths: Cedric is a very determined and strong man who knows exactly what his destiny is and how he will achieve his goals. He’s very adaptable, ready to change in a moments notice to suit his new situation and plans. He’s not easily swayed once he makes a decision. He listens to other opinions, and accepts them as they are, whether of not they will help him in the end of not. He’s not one to not listen to other’s input when it comes to his ideas.
Weaknesses: While Cedric is strong minded, he’s also narrow minded, often forgetting to look at the smaller picture as well. He takes life and it’s meaning for granted, and thinking nothing of others. He will listen to them, but he feels human life is expendable, and doesn’t really care about getting rid of them if they are in his way. He is also a bit shallow, thinking himself much more powerful than he actually is.
Fears: His biggest fear is failure, to have all his plans come to naught. He’s scared of the more powerful Joudai in what they could do to him if they catch him. But more than anything, he fears those whose life he’s destroyed, those that died at his hands, those than can come back and take revenge on him.

Personality: Cedric is generally a typical man, one who sees himself in a light that is not uncommon. He’s not a fool, he’ll listen and take note of whatever you say. However, there are times that he finds ideas ridiculous, and he’ll not think of the consequences of keeping his month shut. He knows exactly what he wants out of his life, and exactly how he’ll get there, although changes aren’t something he’ll fret about. The means doesn’t matter as long as the goal is still achieved. In all, he is someone not to mess with if you enjoy your life.

Family Statistics
Mother: Eira Gwenda Morrison (neé Charson): Born January 10, 1388 in Gwynnferd, Ceinwen. Although Eira was never raised to believe she could carry power and influence, she is intelligent enough to realize she may exercise power through her husband. As such, she is quite manipulative. She cares a little for her children, though now that they are grown she feels she does not have to keep close watch on them any longer.
Father: Idris Madoc Morrison: Born April 2, 1377 in Gwynnferd, Ceinwen. Idris is one of the more powerful Joudai in existence, though he is getting old and as such has passed most of his duties onto his two sons. He is very strong-willed, except around his wife – he often gets into spats with his wife over her manipulative nature, but gives into her demands anyway, though not always.
Sibling(s): Pryce Idris Morrison: Born June 10, 1405 in Gwynnferd, Ceinwen. Pryce is also a powerful Joudai, but not as much as Cedric. He is the one who assumed the majority of Idris’ duties and carries them out as best he can. He tries hard to distance himself from his brother, with the reputation he’s gained.

Rhiannon Tegwen Hall (neé Morrison): Born October 19, 1408 in Gwynnferd, Ceinwen. Rhiannon is a surprisingly kind woman, though she does not associate with her siblings much. She has long since married and went on to have three children of her own. She is rather intelligent and a fairly skilled Joudai, though by no means exceptional.

Blodwen Cerys Peterson (neé Morrison): Born March 7, 1414 in Gwynnferd, Ceinwen. Blodwen is a mischievous, manipulative woman like her mother. Unlike her other two siblings, she is the only one who still associates herself with Cedric, seeing an advantage in attaching herself to her powerful older brother. She has four children, though they have grown up and moved away; her husband is dead.

Primary Home Language: Ceinwenese, similar to modern Welsh
Nationality: Ceinwenese

History
Cedric was born to two Joudai; Idris and Eira, with two older siblings before him. His childhood was relatively peaceful, with the coming of a younger sister being the only notable factor. When young, he often enjoyed watching his father do his work as peacekeeper and guardian of the Dimension Gates, even though Idris frowned upon his young children being there.

When he was seven, he was given an introduction to magic and his father’s ‘work’, but was not allowed to participate in anything yet, still being young. Cedric was dissatisfied with this answer and began observing everything around him more closely, particularly his father, in order to try and learn that way. Although he was not a skilled magician, observation and rudimentary practice allowed him to be a little more ahead of everyone else.

As he grew older and was deemed mature enough for learning the craft, he quickly became more and more skilled. Eventually he surpassed his father in skill, and it was then Idris deemed him ready to take the position. Cedric was fascinated by the other dimensions he encountered, especially at the differences from his own, and went to learn more about them, becoming entrenched in their customs, ideals, and lives.

Eventually, though, Cedric grew bored of simply waiting and maintaining the Gate. He wanted more power and so sought to obtain it. Some dimensions began to worship him as a god, while he convinced (or forced) others to give power to him. But despite being regarded as a deity or a national leader, he was still dissatisfied. He began to grow restless and do whatever he liked, unrestrained by ethics or morality. He quickly discovered that it was much more pleasurable to do whatever he liked to do and mercy help those that got in the way – they were quickly eliminated.

Now having forcibly secured power in other dimensions, he now aimed for something close to home: his own dimension. The other Joudai were understandably angry at his ruin of other dimensions for his own pleasure and so, upon returning home, he was greeted with a group of them trying to kill him. Cedric, fighting for his own life, killed many of them and did his best to banish the others. Although the Joudai disassociate themselves from him, he is still on the run from them and they are an ever-present threat in his mind.

From there on, Cedric mostly concerned himself with maintaining the power he already held, including the power he wielded in his own dimension, by any means necessary. He quickly became an object of fear and hatred. Amidst all this, he was approached by someone he did not think he would meet again, due to his pariah status – his sister. Blodwen, the youngest of the four, had been attracted to this display of power that her brother wielded and so wished to join him. Cedric agreed, feeling a little nostalgic, and so Blodwen joined him, carrying out whatever tasks he asked of her.

She was the one who also saw to maintaining his power while he was away. The dimensions were limitless and he was eager to see and experience more. The power he already held still wasn’t enough and so he continued to search, explore, and conquer various parts of newer dimensions. Soon, more and more people died while more and more power was being granted to him.. Eventually he decided that was enough for the time being, realizing an empire too large would be impossible to maintain, and so he continued to amuse himself by creating chaos in the various dimensions, and thus provoking the anger of the Joudai.

As of yet, the Joudai still have not captured him, and he continues to enlarge his influence, creating discord and chaos wherever he goes.
